Set within 422 acres of reclaimed sand and gravel terrain, Lake Isabel Farm is an evolving eco-luxury destination centered around a mile-long, crystal-clear private lake. Located just over an hour from New Orleans and 30 minutes from Covington, the site blends natural serenity with intentional design to offer an immersive, restorative experience in the heart of Louisiana. CICADA’s masterplan embraces the unique ecology of the site, framing a long-term vision that includes lakefront vacation dwellings, continued on-site farming, and conservation-driven programming. Phase one introduces a two story residential stay that balance along the lake's ridge, offering framed views of the unique landscape. The site also includes solar-powered cabanas on a pristine white sand beach, natural trails through wooded forests, and many lake amenities. Future developments will expand into farm-to-table dining, curated events, and an events center. As both a retreat and a community hub, Lake Isabel balances environmental stewardship with guest comfort—honoring the land’s past while reimagining its future.
