Studio Arms, once a proud 36-unit affordable housing complex, had withered over the decades, succumbing to neglect and infamously becoming a hub for drug trafficking. With a mission to revitalize Studio Arms, Urban Properties hired CICADA and Reeves Construction to re-evaluate the property and provide solutions that could help not only bring the housing complex back into commerce, but to make it aesthetically pleasing while keeping the project budget at a minimum. Strategic architectural moves were key to the transformation. The facade was revitalized, injecting rhythm into the building's appearance through carefully designed window openings. A vibrant color story brought life to Studio Arms, painting a visual narrative of rejuvenation. The result was an aesthetically pleasing complex, no longer plagued by its dark past, but instead, radiating hope and pride.
