Tito's Ceviche &
Pisco

Project
Info

Tito's Ceviche & Pisco, known for their hospitality and Ceviche were in need of a much needed expansion and identified the old St Charles Tavern as the ideal location. The transformation of the historic St. Charles Tavern was a labor of love. The project, initially conceived as a simple renovation, took an unexpected turn when structural issues demanded an entirely new rear structure and state of the art kitchen. The buildout boasts a brand new bar at the ground level which will compliment Mardi Gras season, in addition to an additional holding bar on Level 2 for private parties. CICADA, in conjunction with South Kick & Rolf worked closely with the owners to ensure the project would qualify for both state and federal tax credits throughout the design process. The St. Charles Tavern, once on the brink of abandonment, now revitalized as a harmonious blend of history and modernity.

Project Team:

// Architect: CICADA

// Historic Tax Credits: SouthKick Rolf

// Contractor: Colmex Construction
