Formerly 1041 N Rampart; this historic 19th century two-story double gallery was in need of desperate repair. Prior to the renovation, the corner store building was being used as ground floor commercial with apartments above.
After extensive research and early exploratory demo, the team identified that the structure originally had a two-story double gallery although in its current state was closed in for more conditioned commercial square footage.
This historic gem has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its architectural heritage while introducing elevated finishes and contemporary comfort. We worked closely with the owners, historic tax credit consultants, interior designers and contractors to restore this architectural work of art into a fully functional Hotel.
